Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed on business days are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or Dutch public holidays.

Shipping Method

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are:

• €6.95 for orders under €55

• Free shipping for orders above €55

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
HydroDuck B.V. cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
