Article 4 – Products

  1. HydroDuck B.V. sells food supplements and wellness products.

  3. Minor differences between product images and actual products may occur.

  4. HydroDuck B.V. reserves the right to change product specifications or discontinue products at any time.

Article 5 – Orders and Agreement

  1. A purchase agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation email.

  2. HydroDuck B.V. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or incorrect information.

Article 6 – Prices

  1. All prices on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  2. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Article 7 – Payment

Article 8 – Delivery

  1. Orders are shipped within 1 business day via PostNL.

  2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond the control of HydroDuck B.V.

  3. HydroDuck B.V. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers.

Article 9 – Shipping Costs

Shipping within the Netherlands:

  • €6.95 for orders under €55

  • Free shipping for orders above €55

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the purchase.

Article 10 – Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law.

  2. To exercise this right, customers must contact HydroDuck B.V. via email.

Exceptions

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

  • Food supplements with broken safety seals

  • Opened or used consumable products

Article 11 – Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

  2. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  3. Refund processing time may take several business days depending on the payment provider.

Article 12 – Product Use and Customer Responsibility

  1. Customers must follow all instructions provided on the product packaging.

  2. HydroDuck B.V. shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper storage, excessive consumption, or failure to follow recommended dosage instructions.
